This seminar will explore and discuss the workforce issues partnerships are likely to face in taking a Total Place approach.
There will be contributions from the human resources (HR) leads from a number of local authorities who will reflect on:
Local Government Employers (LGE) will contribute their perspectives on the employment relations issues for councils and their partners and the pros and cons of different options. Speakers from other public services will also be invited to contribute their views on the workforce issues, challenges and possible solutions from a partners’ perspective.
This will be an interactive seminar with time for questions and discussion, and opportunities for participants to raise and discuss other issues and approaches from their experience.
