This event series for heads of planning services and senior planners looks at some of the key issues set to challenge planning services over the coming year.
The programme will focus around the three areas of discussion:
Money - The resource challenges of planning, CIL, S106 and delivering planning over the next ten years of potentially scarcer public funding.
Delivery - How to deliver outcomes
Managing change - dealing with change in the planning system.
There will be a number of presentations and opportunities to discuss these and other future challenges. You will also be able to share advice with other local authorities and experts.
