About Us – Introduction
As the Regional Centre of Excellence (RCE) for the South East of England, South East Excellence exists to support the urban renaissance of our towns and cities. For more information about how we will achieve this, go to What We Do.
A steering group made up of the South East England Development Agency (SEEDA), the Government Office for the South East (GOSE) and the South East England Regional Assembly (the Assembly) was set up to take forward South East Excellence. Our future plan is to replace the steering group with a Partners Advisory Group – to provide advice and support, review progress and promote collaboration – ensuring South East Excellence is a very real representation of the region’s bigger picture.
